Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Lead Generation \& Prospecting:** Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • **Sales Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful deal closures.
  • **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long\-term relationships with key decision\-makers.
  • **Mentorship \& Support:** Assist less experienced sales representatives with technical questions and share best practices.
  • **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and emerging opportunities.
  • **Reporting \& CRM:** Accurately log client interactions in CRM software and prepare regular sales reports for higher management.
  • *Required Qualifications \& Skills**
  • **Experience:** 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS, inside sales, or relevant industry sales.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • **Skills:** Strong negotiation, consultative sales, and excellent communication skills.
  • **Tech Stack:** Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
