Senior Sales Executive

• *Location:** Ghatkopar, Mumbai
• *Salary:** ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month
• *Working Days:** Monday to Friday (Work from Office) \& Saturday (Work From Home)

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Inside Sales Executive** from the **Sports Industry** background. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, nurturing prospects, maintaining CRM records, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Reach out to inbound leads via phone calls, emails, and chat.
• Follow up with prospective clients and drive lead conversions.
• Maintain and update CRM data accurately for effective lead management.
• Explain products and services clearly to potential customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent client support.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales.
• **Experience in the Sports Industry is mandatory.**
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and able to work independently.

• *Preferred Background**

Candidates from **Sports Academies, Sports Management Companies, Fitness \& Sports Training Organizations, Sports Events, Sports Equipment, Sports Education, or related Sports Businesses** will be preferred.
