Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Salon Manager to lead salon operations, manage teams, drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

\* Handle complete salon operations and daily business activities.

\* Drive revenue, achieve sales targets and improve profitability.

\* Manage, supervise and motivate salon staff.

\* Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

\* Handle customer complaints and maintain client relationships.

\* Monitor staff performance, productivity and discipline.

\* Manage inventory, stock, billing and appointments.

\* Ensure salon hygiene, grooming standards and SOP compliance.

\* Train and develop team members to improve service quality.

\* Coordinate with the corporate team for business performance and reporting.

Requirements

\* 7\+ years of relevant experience in the salon/beauty industry.

\* Previous experience as a Salon Manager or Senior Salon Manager.

\* Strong leadership and team management skills.

\* Excellent sales, communication and customer\-handling abilities.

\* Knowledge of salon services, products and operations.

\* Target\-oriented with strong business acumen.
