• *Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator**

to join our growing team. This is a client\-facing role that requires a strong

combination of Salesforce expertise, business analysis skills, and leadership.

#### **About the Role**

As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator, you’ll work closely

with executives, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high\-quality

Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes. You’ll lead client

discussions, mentor team members, manage multiple projects, and ensure

solutions align with both technical best practices and business objectives.

#### **Requirements**

• 5\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce Business Analysis and Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and administration.
• Proven experience leading client meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Excellent understanding of business processes, sales operations, and CRM best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication, problem\-solving, and analytical skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

• **Location:** Remote (India)
• **Work Schedule:** Availability during normal U.S. Eastern and Pacific business hours.
