Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands\-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, integrations, and secure Salesforce applications for multi\-region business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
• Build reusable components using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Flows.
• Implement Multi\-Currency and Advanced Currency Management, including dated exchange rates.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure Salesforce security, sharing rules, roles, territories, and access controls.
• Support GDPR compliance, consent management, and data privacy requirements.
• Automate opportunity stages, approvals, and renewal processes.
• Write Apex unit tests, maintain code quality, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.
• Hands\-on experience with Sales Cloud.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of Multi\-Currency and Advanced Currency Management.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing architecture, and GDPR.
• Experience with Apex unit testing and code coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with multi\-region or multi\-entity implementations.
• Exposure to ERP/ATS integrations, VAT, taxation, and localization.
• Experience in staffing or recruitment business processes.
