The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce architecture, along with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross\-functional teams.

- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud features.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks.
- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long\-term fixes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
