• *Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer II to join our CRM Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, OmniStudio, and the Salesforce Platform.

The ideal candidate will have good Salesforce development skills, experience building integrations, and a passion for delivering scalable, secure, and high\-quality solutions while working closely with business and technology teams.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions using **Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, Agentforce, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows**.
• Build digital experiences and guided customer journeys using **OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures**.
• Develop and maintain **Salesforce Data Cloud** solutions, including customer unification, segmentation, audience activation, and Customer 360 capabilities.
• Design and implement **Agentforce AI Agents, Copilots, intelligent workflows, and AI\-driven customer engagement solutions**.
• Develop secure integrations using **Salesforce APIs, REST APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, JWT**, and connect Salesforce with AWS and enterprise systems.
• Manage deployments, release management, and CI/CD processes using **Copado, Git, and Salesforce DX (SFDX)**.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers while following Agile and Salesforce best practices.

• *Requirements**

• **8\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce development experience.**
• **5\+ years of experience implementing Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.**
• **2\+ years of hands\-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud**, including customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and Customer 360 implementations.
• **2\+ years of hands\-on experience with Agentforce, Salesforce AI, AI Agents, Prompt Builder, Copilot, or Generative AI solutions on the Salesforce platform.**
• **2\+ years of experience with Copado deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, source control, and Salesforce release management.**
• Expertise in **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Platform architecture**.
• Experience with **REST APIs, Platform Events, ,OAuth, JWT Authentication, and enterprise integration patterns**.
• Understanding of **Salesforce security architecture**, including profiles, permission sets, sharing models, role hierarchies, and governance.
• Experience working within **Agile/Scrum development environments**.
• Good analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
