• *Role: Senior SAP TM Consultant**

• *Experience: 7 \- 15 Years**

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced **SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)** Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in SAP TM with end\-to\-end implementation or support project experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement solutions that enhance transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement processes.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to transportation and logistics processes.
• Design and configure SAP TM modules (both **S/4HANA embedded TM** and/or **standalone TM**) to meet business needs.
• Integrate SAP TM with ECC/S4HANA modules such as SD, MM, LE, EWM, and external systems (carriers, TMS, etc.).
• Manage transportation planning (order\-based, delivery\-based), execution, and tracking.
• Support freight order management, carrier selection, and charge calculation.
• Perform configuration for Master Data (Business Partners, Locations, Products), Planning Profiles, Planning Strategies, and Freight Agreements.
• Work with **SAP Event Management (EM)** and/or **SAP GTS** for visibility and compliance (if applicable).
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reports.
• Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and user training.
• Provide post\-go\-live support and resolve incidents or change requests.

• *Required Skills:**

• 6–10 years of experience in **SAP TM** (minimum 1–2 end\-to\-end implementations).
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Hands\-on experience in:

+ Transportation planning and execution

+ Freight Order Management and Freight Settlement

+ Charge Management and Calculation Sheets

+ Integration with SAP ECC/S4 (SD/MM) and EWM

• Good knowledge of TM master data setup (Business Partner, Locations, Transportation Lane).
• Familiarity with **PI/PO or CPI**, Web Services, or B2B carrier integration is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for TM is desirable.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• SAP TM certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with **S/4HANA Embedded TM**.
• Exposure to **SAP LBN (Logistics Business Network)** is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
