• *Essential Responsibilities**

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning sessions.

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices.

Identify, track, and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or project success.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.

Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs and ensure clear user story definition and acceptance criteria.

Monitor Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and release readiness.

Facilitate dependency management across multiple Agile teams and ensure alignment on shared deliverables.

Lead release planning and coordination activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).

Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to Agile governance, SDLC standards, and organizational policies.

Support program leadership with status reporting, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communications.

Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, Security, and Operations.

Promote Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.

Facilitate decision\-making and conflict resolution within teams and stakeholder groups.

Support organizational change initiatives associated with Agile transformations and delivery improvements.

Maintain strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.

Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or related methodologies.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

Experience leading Agile delivery for Mobile (iOS and Android), Digital, or Web application projects.

Experience working in large\-scale enterprise or healthcare environments.

Experience with Agile transformation initiatives and coaching teams at varying levels of Agile maturity.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, or equivalent Agile management tools.

Experience coordinating releases across multiple Agile teams and programs.

Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.

Strong understanding of Agile metrics, reporting, and data\-driven decision making.
