- *Job Summary**
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and performance\-driven **Digital \& Content Marketing Strategist** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive organic growth, and generate quality leads through SEO, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, analytics, and digital marketing trends, along with the ability to develop data\-driven marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, and manage content marketing strategies across websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content through On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO best practices.
- Conduct website SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance search visibility and user experience.
- Create SEO\-focused content briefs and collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to deliver high\-quality content.
- Manage guest blogging, backlink acquisition, and digital outreach campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using **Google Analytics (GA4\)** and **Google Search Console**.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, AI search trends, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Identify new opportunities to improve organic traffic, user engagement, and lead generation.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Content Marketing.
- Strong expertise in **On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO**.
- Experience with **Content Strategy** and content optimization.
- Excellent knowledge of **Keyword Research \& Competitor Analysis**.
- Hands\-on experience with **Google Analytics (GA4\)** and **Google Search Console**.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as **SEMrush**, **Ahrefs**, and **Screaming Frog**.
- Experience in **Guest Blogging**, **Link Building**, and Digital PR.
- Understanding of **Core Web Vitals**, **Schema Markup**, and website optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as **WordPress**.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Google Analytics or Digital Marketing certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with B2B and/or B2C marketing campaigns is preferred.
Pay: ₹360,000\.00 \- ₹480,000\.00 per year
