About the Role

Webtechnomind IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Senior SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in traditional SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI Search optimization, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies that improve online visibility across search engines and AI\-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Handle On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and execute link\-building and off\-page SEO campaigns.
• Implement AEO strategies to improve visibility in featured snippets, direct answers, and answer engines.
• Develop GEO strategies to improve brand visibility and content discoverability across generative AI search platforms.
• Optimize content for LLM\-based discovery and AI\-powered search experiences, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
• Improve content structure, topical authority, entity signals, and source credibility to support AI search visibility.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO performance metrics.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and relevant SEO tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI Search developments, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and other marketing team members.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands\-on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Practical understanding of AEO, GEO, and LLM\-based AI Search optimization.
• Knowledge of optimizing content for AI\-generated answers, citations, and AI\-powered search experiences.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and link building.
• Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, topical authority, and entity\-based SEO.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving search technologies and AI\-driven SEO practices.

Candidate Location Preference

Candidates currently based in Kolkata are preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working on\-site at our Kolkata office.
