Role overview
We are hiring a Senior SEO Manager / SEO Lead to own SEO strategy and execution for our D2C brands \- on\-page, off\-page, technical and content \- to reduce CAC and build long\-term organic growth engines.
Key responsibilities
\- Own SEO strategy and roadmap across client accounts.
\- Lead on\-page, off\-page, technical SEO and content strategy.
\- Manage and mentor SEO executives and interns.
\- Drive keyword strategy, content briefs and link building.
\- Report on rankings, organic traffic and conversions, and tie SEO to CAC reduction.
Requirements
\- 4\+ years in SEO, agency or D2C brand side.
\- Proven results growing organic traffic and rankings.
\- Strong command of technical SEO and content strategy.
\- Experience leading or mentoring an SEO team.
Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4\.
