• *About the Role**

We're hiring a Senior SEO Specialist to own organic growth end to end: rankings and traffic on Google, and visibility inside the AI engines where buying decisions increasingly begin. Your job is to make sure Millipixels is the brand those answers recommend, and to turn that visibility into qualified leads for our software development, IT services and SaaS offerings.

You'll work across GEO/AEO, on\-page, off\-page and technical SEO on custom\-coded sites, talk to developers as a peer, and measure success in pipeline and revenue, not traffic alone.

• *What You’ll Be Doing?**

• **Mapping our AI visibility:** Audit how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews describe our brands, and track mentions, citations and share of voice.
• **Running GEO/AEO:** Build entity\-first, answer\-ready content and structured data that AI engines can understand and quote.
• **Earning trusted citations:** Grow our presence on review platforms, industry publications, communities like Reddit and Quora, and partner sites that LLMs draw from.
• **Owning on\-page SEO:** Turn keyword and intent research into topic clusters, and optimise metadata, internal links, copy and CTAs across key pages.
• **Building authority off\-page:** Run white\-hat link building through digital PR, guest contributions and partnerships, and keep the backlink profile clean.
• **Fixing technical SEO:** Audit crawlability, indexation and rendering on React, Next.js, Node and Laravel sites, and recommend SSR, SSG or pre\-rendering fixes.
• **Owning speed and crawl efficiency:** Improve Core Web Vitals, and use server logs and Search Console data to cut crawl\-budget waste.
• **Partnering with developers:** Write clear tickets, review builds for SEO impact, and run pre\-launch and post\-migration checks. **Building organic funnels: Create landing, comparison, use\-case and industry pages that turn** software, IT services and SaaS buyers into leads.
• **Reporting on pipeline, not just traffic:** Track organic leads, rankings, AI visibility and ROI in GA4, Search Console and Looker Studio, and report monthly.

• *What You’ll Bring to the Table**

• **5\+ years of hands\-on SEO experience**, with a record of growing organic traffic and leads for **B2B software, SaaS or IT services companies**.
• **Working knowledge of GEO and AEO**: how LLMs and AI search pick sources, backed by experiments or results in getting brands cited in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or AI Overviews.
• **Strong technical SEO** on custom\-coded sites (JavaScript rendering, crawling and indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, log analysis), and enough code fluency to talk to developers as a peer.
• **Strong on\-page and content SEO:** keyword research, intent mapping, topic clusters and conversion\-focused page optimisation.
• **Proven off\-page skills:** white\-hat link building, digital PR and review\-platform presence.
• Fluency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
• **A commercial mindset:** you tie SEO work to leads, pipeline and revenue, and can explain results to non\-SEO stakeholders.
• **Communication Skills:** Clear written English, and the ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior team members.

• *Nice to Have**

• Experience with AI visibility tools such as Profound, Otterly, Peec AI or Semrush AI toolkit, or your own prompt\-tracking methods.
• Basic Python, SQL or JavaScript for automation, scraping and data analysis.
• Experience with Next.js, React or headless CMS setups, and with large site migrations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM, and with paid search alongside SEO.
• A public portfolio, case studies, talks or articles on SEO, GEO or AEO.
