• *Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules, excellent client\-facing communication skills, and the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.

• *Key Responsibilities \& Requirements**

\- 7\+ years of hands\-on ServiceNow development experience.

\- Strong expertise in ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLA and CMDB.

\- Hands\-on experience in HRSD – Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events and COE.

\- Proficiency in REST API integrations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Scoped Applications.

\- Experience in Service Portal development and customization.

\- Knowledge of Now Assist (GenAI) and Virtual Agent.

\- Ability to lead client discussions, requirement gathering and technical solution design.

\- Strong communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

\- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS\-ITSM, CIS\-HR) preferred.

Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹140,000\.00 per month
