We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise\-grade ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development and implementation, particularly across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
Lead end\-to\-end development and enhancement projects within the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and optimize workflows, automations, and business processes to improve operational efficiency.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, forms, catalogs, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing ongoing platform support.
Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and platform governance initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and support materials.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
7\+ years of hands\-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Strong expertise across:
IT Service Management (ITSM)
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Customer Service Management (CSM)
Experience developing and customizing:
Workflows
Flow Designer
Business Rules
Client Scripts
UI Policies
Script Includes
Service Catalogs
Record Producers
Platform Development
Experience designing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Ability to automate complex business processes and workflows.
Experience working with ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and platform enhancements.
Familiarity with ServiceNow security, governance, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Additional certifications in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or CSM modules.
Experience working in enterprise\-scale ServiceNow environments.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
