Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Senior Social Media Manager / Social Media Lead** who can drive social media strategy, lead a team of creative professionals, manage multiple brand accounts, and build strong digital presence for clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, analytics, and team management with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful digital campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy \& Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Create social media roadmaps, content calendars, campaign plans, and engagement strategies.
- Drive brand awareness, audience growth, and community engagement across platforms.
- Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Team Leadership \& Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives, content creators, and designers.
- Allocate tasks, monitor workflows, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
- Build efficient processes for content creation, approvals, publishing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, PR, and client servicing teams.
Content \& Campaign Management
- Oversee end\-to\-end social media campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Provide creative direction for content formats including posts, reels, videos, and interactive campaigns.
- Work closely with copywriters and designers to develop engaging brand communication.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Client \& Brand Management
- Manage multiple brand accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client objectives and convert them into effective social media strategies.
- Present campaign ideas, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Handle stakeholder communication and ensure client satisfaction.
Analytics \& Performance Optimization
- Track social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, growth, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Optimize strategies based on data, audience behavior, and platform performance.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 7\+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communication.
- Proven experience leading social media strategies for brands or agencies.
- Experience managing and mentoring social media teams.
- Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of content strategy, campaign planning, and digital trends.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media reporting and insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast\-paced agency environment.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
