Web Solutions Ally is a fast\-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses build strong online brands through Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, AI Solutions, and Branding. We work with clients across healthcare, e\-commerce, education, real estate, and service\-based industries.

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can plan, create, execute, and grow social media accounts while staying updated with the latest trends.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

✅ Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.

✅ Plan monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.

✅ Write engaging captions and compelling social media copy.

✅ Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create high\-quality content.

✅ Publish and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

✅ Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when required.

✅ Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

✅ Suggest creative campaign ideas to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.

✅ Work closely with SEO, Google Ads, and content teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.

• *Requirements**

\* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

\* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

\* Experience in content planning, copywriting, and campaign management.

\* Knowledge of Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

\* Basic understanding of Meta Ads is an advantage.

\* Strong organizational and time management skills.

\* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• *Bonus Skills**

\- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT.

\- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

\- Understanding of analytics tools and social media insights.

\- Photography or videography skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
