We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Full\-Stack Lead to spearhead end\-to\-end solution design, microservices architecture, and modern front\-end web platforms for FPS\+. In this high\-impact leadership role, you will architect ultra\-low latency, concurrent backend microservices using Go (Golang) and engineer responsive, high\-fidelity web experiences using React.js. • **End\-to\-End Solution Design:** Lead the technical solution design and domain\-driven decomposition of services powering Ford Production System (FPS\+) operations across global manufacturing facilities.
• **Go Microservices Engineering:** Design, build, and scale highly performant, resilient backend microservices utilizing Go (Golang) frameworks alongside gRPC and RESTful API protocols.
• **Concurrency \& High\-Throughput Pipelines:** Leverage Go goroutines, channels, and worker pools to engineer event\-driven message pipelines capable of processing thousands of plant\-floor sensor events, telemetry signals, and industrial payloads with deterministic sub\-millisecond latencies.
• **Data Persistence \& Distributed State:** Architect robust distributed caching and database patterns across SQL/NoSQL platforms (PostgreSQL, Cloud Spanner, Redis, MongoDB), ensuring strict ACID compliance, tenant isolation, and horizontal scale.
• **Modern React.js Web Design:** Design \& guide the development of dynamic, modular, and intuitive applications
• **Frontend Performance \& Accessibility:** Enforce Core Web Vitals excellence, bundle\-size optimization (code splitting, tree shaking, lazy loading), cross\-browser responsiveness.
• **Engineering Governance \& Code Quality:** Establish and enforce world\-class coding standards, comprehensive unit/integration test coverage (aiming for \>85%), and mandatory peer code reviews.
• **Performance Profiling \& Latency Optimization:** Conduct deep\-dive profiling using Go runtime metrics and Chrome DevTools to eliminate CPU/memory bottlenecks, Goroutine leaks, and network overhead.
• **Agile Technical Ownership:** Act as technical lead for the squad, breaking down complex epics into well\-defined technical user stories, conducting spike investigations, leading sprint backlog grooming, and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Solution Architects.
• **Talent Upskilling \& Mentorship:** Actively coach, pair\-program with, and nurture junior and mid\-level software developers. Cultivate deep team expertise in modern Go concurrency patterns, React clean architecture, and software craftsmanship.
• **Experience \& Leadership:** 8\+ yea**r**s of professional software engineering experience, including 3\+ years in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Software Architect capacity guiding engineering squads and technical deliverables.
• **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related quantitative field.
• **Go (Golang) Mastery:** Strong hands\-on expertise building production\-grade microservices in Go (Golang), deep mastery of concurrency patterns (channels, sync primitives, goroutine lifecycles), memory allocation, and profiling.
• **Go Frameworks \& Ecosystem:** Extensive experience using Go web frameworks and building microservices communicating via gRPC / Protocol Buffers and RESTful APIs.
• **React.js \& Frontend Depth:** Extensive expertise in modern React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern hooks, component lifecycles, state management libraries.
• **System Design \& Performance:** Proven ability to conduct end\-to\-end distributed system design, latency optimization, caching strategies, and database query tuning (PostgreSQL, Cloud SQL).
• **Cloud \& Containers:** Hands\-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes (GKE or hybrid cloud) and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, GKE, BigQuery).
• **Code Quality Mindset:** Uncompromising focus on test\-driven development (TDD), CI/CD automation, and SonarQube quality gates.
• **Cloud Certifications:** GCP Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Data / DevOps Engineer is a plus.
