+ Minimum 4 years of software development experience in ASP.NET, ASP.Net Webservices, WCF, MVC, Entity Framework, Windows applications, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in .Net framework 4 and above.
+ Experience in implementing .Net Webservices and WCF framework and SOA for any 1 of the projects worked on.
+ Experience in RDBMS and database design, especially in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above.
+ Experience in developing reports using Crystal Reports or SSRS (Sql Server Reporting Services).
+ Good understanding of Asp.Net Architecture and related concepts like Session management, Application management, State management, 3 tier architecture and performance tuning are desirable.
+ IIS administration / maintenance and deployment of websites experience will be of added advantage.
+ Must be able to work with minimal supervision and resolve problems independently.
+ Should be able to independently drive the concept from design to development.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
+ Experience in client facing role and understanding requirements is desirable.
+ Experience in Healthcare and Insurance domain is desirable.
