Now, we’re looking for an exceptional **Senior** **Backend Engineer** to join our early team and help shape both our product and culture.

### **What You’ll Do**

• Build and scale the **core product**, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Own significant portions of the backend stack in **Python**.
• Collaborate directly with founders to set the technical direction.
• Operate with extreme ownership in a **fast\-paced, high\-output environment**.

### **What We’re Looking For**

• 5\+ years building products.
• Strong experience with **backend systems (Python preferred)**.
• Clear communicator \- both in person and in writing.
• Bonus: background in B2B SaaS and 0 \- 1 experience
• Above all: **drive, grit, and ownership**. If you excel here, other requirements are secondary
