• Highly experienced OSS Solution Design \& Development Expert (Subject Matter Expert) with 15–20 years of experience in telecommunications OSS architecture, solution design, system integration, and large\-scale OSS transformation programs.
• Possess deep expertise across OSS domains including Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Network Configuration, Fault \& Performance Management, Service Orchestration, Network Automation, and OSS/BSS Integration.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Define OSS transformation strategies and target\-state architectures aligned with CSP business objectives.

• Lead end\-to\-end OSS solution design covering Inventory, Fulfillment, Assurance, Planning, Configuration, and Network Automation domains.

• Architect Order\-to\-Activate, Trouble\-to\-Resolve, and Service Lifecycle Management workflows.

• Lead OSS/BSS integration programs using industry\-standard APIs and integration frameworks.

• *OSS Functional Domains**

Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management, Inventory Management, Network Configuration \& Provisioning, Network Planning \& Design, Service Orchestration, Resource Orchestration, Network Automation, Service Activation, Service Topology Management, Event Correlation \& Root Cause Analysis, Service Impact Analysis, Workforce \& Field Service Management
