Senior Software Engineer

Epsilon seeks a Senior Software Engineer for its AI Center of Excellence in Bengaluru to work on enterprise-grade Conversational, Agentic, and AI Platforms. This role requires a strong software engineering foundation combined with a data-oriented mindset and deep, hands-on expertise in Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI systems. You will be responsible for building and scaling AI-powered applications and agents that serve thousands of internal associates and external clients, integrating seamlessly with complex enterprise systems. The position involves full lifecycle ownership—from initial ideation, experimentation, and prototyping through to production deployment, scaling, and operations. You will help shape the future of intelligent enterprise systems at scale.
