Job Summary

Indezon Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Senior Software Engineer** to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **PHP, Laravel, React.js, MySQL, MongoDB, and REST API development**, along with experience in developing ERP, HRMS, or Payroll Management Systems.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise\-grade applications while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to build scalable and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ERP \& Payroll Management applications.
• Build scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Develop interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Design and optimize MySQL and MongoDB databases.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third\-party services.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and well\-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and UI/UX teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PHP
• Hands\-on experience with Laravel Framework
• Good experience in React.js
• MySQL and MongoDB
• REST API Development \& Integration
• Git Version Control
• AWS Services (EC2, RDS, S3\)
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• PF, ESIC, TDS \& Statutory Compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
