• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced Senior Software Tester . The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of hands\-on experience in manual and/or automation testing, ensuring high\-quality software delivery by identifying defects, validating requirements, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Execute database validation using SQL queries.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts (preferred).
• Ensure timely delivery of quality software releases.
• Prepare test reports and provide quality metrics.

• *Required Skills**

• 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in manual testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar).
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
