Senior Solution Architect

• *Job Summary**

We are hiring a **Senior Solution Architect** to design and deliver scalable, secure, highly available enterprise applications. This is a hands\-on role combining architecture, development leadership and Agile delivery, with a strong focus on AI\-assisted engineering.

• *Responsibilities**

• Design end\-to\-end enterprise architecture: frontend, backend, databases, APIs, microservices and integrations
• Provide hands\-on technical leadership across Microsoft and open\-source stacks
• Design cloud, on\-premises and hybrid solutions with HA, DR, load balancing and cost optimization
• Set up CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, IaC and monitoring
• Take part in requirement analysis, backlog refinement, sprint planning and estimation
• Apply AI coding assistants and agentic AI tools across the SDLC
• Ensure application security, OWASP compliance and audit readiness
• Define QA standards: unit, integration, API, performance and security testing
• Prepare HLD/LLD, architecture diagrams and technical documentation
• Mentor developers and support customer proposals and solution presentations

• *Required Qualifications**

• BE/BTech/MCA or above
• **15\+ years of IT experience, including 3\+ years in Solution/Technical Architecture**
• .NET Core or Java/Spring Boot; Angular or React; JavaScript/TypeScript
• SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Microservices, REST APIs, event\-driven architecture, design patterns
• Azure or AWS (HA/DR, load balancing)
• Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
• OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, OWASP, API security
• Agile/Scrum and estimation experience
• Hands\-on experience with AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT)

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• BFSI, FinTech or regulated\-environment experience
• ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDPA knowledge
• Application modernization experience
• Node.js, Python, MongoDB, SAML

• *Ideal Candidate**

A hands\-on, technically strong Solution Architect who can own end\-to\-end solution design, guide development teams, actively contribute to Agile delivery, ensure security and quality, adopt AI\-driven engineering practices, and successfully deliver enterprise\-grade applications.

The candidate should combine architecture expertise, practical development knowledge, delivery ownership, AI adoption, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,400,000\.00 \- ₹2,500,000\.00 per year
