The Senior Sourcing Manager, Leather, Accessories \& Footwear is responsible for overseeing and leading Leather Apparel, Leather Accessories, Footwear, and Accessories categories. The position owns the end\-to\-end sourcing lifecycle as per Ralph Lauren standards.
The Senior Sourcing Manager will lead category sourcing strategies for L\&A and Footwear, vendor performance management, and capability development, while partnering closely with cross\-functional teams and vendors to support business objectives. This position requires strong leadership, collaboration, communication, commercial acumen, and problem\-solving skills.
- *ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES**

- *Key Responsibilities**
- *Category Sourcing Strategy*** Building \& driving global 2030 sourcing strategies across Leather Apparel, Leather Accessories, Footwear and Accessories categories to support quality, speed, cost, capacity and business growth objectives.
- Ensure development milestones, testing requirements, costing activities and approvals are achieved within seasonal calendars and Ralph Lauren standards.
- Lead cost reviews and supplier negotiations to achieve partnership objectives while maintaining product integrity, quality and consumer expectations.
- Lead the team with guidance and support to ensure all KPIs /desired results are achieved within team and proactively identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, materials, quality, compliance and delivery.
- *Vendor \& Factory Capability Development**
- Manage supplier relationships and performance across quality, delivery, compliance, innovation and cost.
- Identify sourcing opportunities, manage category risk and support long\-term supplier capability development.
- Assess vendor capabilities, support onboarding new suppliers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply base.
- *Cross\-Functional Partnership**
- Partner closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Raw Materials, Quality, Technical, Global Optimization \& Expansion teams to ensure alignment from development through commercialization.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to resolve sourcing challenges and improve execution effectiveness.
- Support alignment between business objectives, sourcing strategy, and operational priorities.
- Responsible Sourcing \& Ensuring Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and regional regulatory requirements.
- *Team Leadership \& Talent Development**
- Lead, coach and develop sourcing team members to build category expertise
- *Requirements:**
- 12–15 years of sourcing, merchandising, product development or supply chain experience within premium, luxury or global consumer brands.
- Deep expertise in Leather Apparel and Leather Accessories sourcing, product development and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Footwear sourcing, materials, construction, and commercialization processes.
- Proven experience leading teams, supplier networks and cross\-functional initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and supplier management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.
