Job Summary

Lead the design development and deployment of scalable secure Javabased enterprise architectures while providing technical leadership and driving modernization initiatives

Define endtoend architecture for Javabased applications and enterprise systems aligned with business objectives Select appropriate architecture styles such as microservices layered or eventdriven to ensure scalability and performance Evaluate and recommend frameworks tools and platforms including Spring Hibernate and cloud technologies Design API strategies integration patterns and data models to support seamless system interoperability Lead system lifecycle from design through development deployment and maintenance ensuring reliability and scalability Drive modernization efforts including migration from monolithic systems to microservices and cloud platforms Define and implement CICD pipelines containerization Docker Kubernetes and automated deployment strategies Ensure system performance security and quality through testing optimization and risk mitigation Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation solution blueprints and promote knowledge sharing across teams

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams fostering technical excellence and innovation Establish and enforce coding standards design patterns and best practices Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure compliance and quality Collaborate closely with business stakeholders product managers DevOps QA and security teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions Lead the design and validation of Proof of Concepts POCs for new technologies and solutions Manage integration of thirdparty systems and enterprise applications ensuring interoperability Communicate technical updates and progress regularly to stakeholders Support team in resolving complex technical challenges and enhancing skill sets
