• *About the Role:** LTM is seeking a Senior Specialist \- Architecture to lead complex ServiceNow implementations. Drive business transformation by architecting scalable platform solutions that enhance operational efficiency across enterprise environments.

• *Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):**

• Lead the end\-to\-end design, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modular platforms within multi\-tier production environments.
• Architect robust solution designs and implement complex ServiceNow projects while adhering to Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Oversee advanced configurations across ITSM Pro, CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Develop custom scripts using client\-side and server\-side techniques alongside Glide APIs to optimize application performance.
• Document all development, configurations, and technical specifications while preparing comprehensive training materials for stakeholders.
• Drive cross\-functional collaboration by partnering with clients and technical teams to resolve critical issues and ensure accurate information flow.
• Ensure operational excellence through rigorous crisis management, time management, and proactive problem\-solving strategies.

• *Must\-Have:**

• Advanced proficiency in configuring and deploying ServiceNow CMDB, ConnectedOps, CSM, DevOps, FSM, and FSO architectures.
• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, Integration Hub, ITAM\-HAM, ITAM\-SAM, and ITOM\-Cloud Insights modules.
• Comprehensive technical capability in ServiceNow ITOM\-Discovery, ITOM\-Governance, ITOM\-ServiceMapping, and ITSM platforms.
• Hands\-on experience utilizing ServiceNow\-Cloud Observability, CustomApp Development, Event Management, and GRC/IRM frameworks.
• Specialized knowledge in ServiceNow Healthcare \& LS, Legal, Public Sector, SPM, and TSM operational workflows.

• *Preferred:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Possession of ServiceNow Administration certification alongside multiple Certified Implementation Specialist credentials in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM tracks.
• Strong industry domain expertise in enterprise IT service management combined with exceptional analytical and customer engagement skills.
