And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.
Responsible and accountable for 1 or more network monitoring tools in the environment. Technical architect role in developing and refining overall monitoring strategy and architecture as well as their roadmaps. Technical Leadership in performing planning, deployment, and optimization of enterprise level network monitoring environment. A team player by collaborating with other network professionals from other network product team to develop and implement new ideas into tangible solutions. Ownership in managing and maintaining multiple monitoring tools, ensuring they meet our operational needs. Providing technical leadership for day\-to\-day operational management of Network monitoring tools: Responsible for accurate inventory of monitored devices, making sure all monitoring parameters are adhering to corporate monitoring catalogues and accommodating exception requests wherever applicable. Problem\-solver by troubleshooting complex network monitoring problems and providing remediation plans as well as permanent resolutions. Automation Advocate in streamlining operations by automating repetitive tasks, increasing efficiency across the board.
