• *Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):**

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow customizations, including core setup, workflow administration, data imports, and third\-party integrations, to drive operational efficiency.
• Perform advanced ServiceNow customizations by leveraging Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts in adherence to industry best practices.
• Execute comprehensive workflow design, configuration, development, and data loads across core ServiceNow platforms and applications.
• Oversee code reviews and technical delivery standards to ensure robust, scalable, and high\-performance solutions.
• Drive team management initiatives, providing technical mentorship and guidance to foster high performance across development cycles.
• Program advanced workflow enhancements and seamless integrations with external enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross\-functional stakeholders and product owners within Agile/SAFe frameworks to align technical execution with business objectives.

• *Qualifications (What You'll Bring):**

• *Must\-Have:**

• Demonstrated 8\-12 years of extensive hands\-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 3 years specializing in the ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules.
• Deep expertise in server\-side scripting methodologies, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and ACLs, following optimal performance and security protocols.
• Proven capability in managing code reviews, delivery oversight, and technical team leadership within enterprise environments.
• Practical proficiency in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, custom scripting, and third\-party software integrations.
• Active Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) certification.

• *Preferred:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Comprehensive domain expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks along with strong analytical and stakeholder communication competencies.
