Seeking a Senior Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNowWorkplace to design implement and support workplace service management solutions

Job Description

Design and develop ServiceNowWorkplace applications and modules to enhance workplace service delivery

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

Customize and configure ServiceNowWorkplace platform components to optimize user experience and operational efficiency

Monitor and maintain the performance availability and security of the ServiceNowWorkplace environment

Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for ServiceNowWorkplace implementations

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace service management capabilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNowWorkplace applications and workflows

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNowWorkplace features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead endtoend implementation of ServiceNowWorkplace projects ensuring timely and quality delivery

Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNowWorkplace providing mentorship to junior team members

Collaborate with stakeholders to define service management processes and integrate them within the ServiceNow platform

Develop and maintain documentation including design specifications test cases and user guides Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and governance policies

Coordinate with support teams to manage incident resolution and service requests related to workplace services

Drive automation of workplace service workflows to improve operational efficiency Engage in capacity planning and resource management to support scalable ServiceNowWorkplace solutions
