Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, procurement, and external vendors, this role ensures all SOWs are accurately drafted, tracked, and executed in compliance with corporate policies. A critical component of this role involves utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS)—specifically SAP Fieldglass or Beeline—to administer contracts, track vendor deliverables, process milestones, and maintain accurate spend reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesSOW Lifecycle Management: Partner with hiring managers and procurement teams to draft, review, and finalize SOWs, ensuring clear definitions of deliverables, milestones, pricing structures, and timelines.VMS Administration: Act as the subject matter expert for the organization's VMS (Fieldglass or Beeline Mandate).Track all SOWs through the system to ensure proper approval workflows and accurate data capture.Milestone \& Invoice Tracking: Monitor vendor progress against SOW deliverables. Validate milestone completion with business leaders and approve corresponding invoices within Fieldglass/Beeline to ensure timely and accurate payment.Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external suppliers regarding SOW onboarding, system access, invoice discrepancies, and contract amendments.Compliance \& Risk Mitigation: Ensure all SOW engagements comply with internal procurement policies, worker classification guidelines (e.g., distinguishing between staff augmentation and managed services), and legal requirements.Reporting \& Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly reports from the VMS to track SOW spend, vendor performance, budget burn rates, and compliance metrics for leadership review.Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current SOW requisition and approval process and recommend systemic or operational improvements within the VMS environment.Required QualificationsExperience: 3\+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, HR operations, or contingent workforce management.System Proficiency: Demonstrated, hands\-on administrative experience with Vendor Management Systems—specifically SAP Fieldglass or Beeline is required.Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement principles, contract terminology, and the differences between SOW/deliverable\-based services and traditional contingent labor.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze spend data, reconcile invoices against complex project milestones, and identify discrepancies.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to push back on non\-compliant requests while maintaining strong stakeholder relationshipsShift: EMEAMode: HybridIs this the job for you?
