• *Job Purpose**

Senior Manufacturing Specialist will drive and manage the analysis, integration, and optimization of production and quality processes within our business applications; primarily SAP ERP and its integration with other system such local MES with a focus on healthcare environment and GMP regulations.

• *Main Tasks \& Responsibilities**

* Application Implementation \& Project Leadership

• Lead IT aspects of application implementation projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, and user training.
• Manage the delivery of IT projects within the manufacturing area.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Application Support \& Maintenance:
• Provide expert application support, resolving incidents independently or coordinating with specialized teams.
• Manage and implement application changes and updates.
• Business Needs Analysis \& Solution Development:
• Engage with production and quality stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications/requirements.
• Partner with IT teams to develop and deploy effective solutions.
• Process \& Technology Expertise:
• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of production and quality processes, as well as relevant IT technologies (SAP, MII, Local MES, MPDV).
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• User Training \& Support:
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency with IT systems.
• Provide ongoing technical support and create comprehensive documentation.
• Strategic Growth \& Development:
• Pursue continuous professional development to evolve into an IT Manufacturing process SME for production, planning, and maintenance processes.
• Act as an internal consultant for the business on IT solutions

• *Skills \& Technical Competences \& Behaviors**

• Master's degree in a scientific or technology\-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6\-7 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis or application support.
• Expertise in business applications, preferably ERP or other manufacturing applications.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, JIT, and process mapping and optimization methodologies.
• Experience with system integration and data migration.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other enterprise applications (SAP, intranet).
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new IT skills and functional application knowledge.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
• Familiar with production process in the healthcare industry is a plus
