Senior SRE Engineer – Azure & Azure DevOps

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a Senior SRE Engineer with strong proficiency in **Azure** and **Azure DevOps**, along with intermediate capability in **SQL, any monitoring tool, and .NET**. The role focuses on supporting cloud\-based applications in a dynamic production environment with continuously evolving releases.

You will help maintain application reliability and operational stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and proactive analysis. The role requires a holistic understanding of application architecture, deployment workflows, runtime behavior, and production dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production and operational support for applications hosted on **Azure**.
• Support application deployment and release workflows using **Azure DevOps**.
• Monitor application health using **any monitoring tool**, investigate s, and perform manual monitoring when required.
• Troubleshoot production issues involving **.NET** applications, including application runtime, performance, dependencies, memory, CPU, and related operational issues.
• Use **SQL** queries to extract and analyze data required for production troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Investigate application behavior, logs, s, and system anomalies to identify root causes and support timely incident resolution.
• Develop a holistic understanding of Azure\-hosted application architecture, application components, integrations, and technical dependencies.
• Support incident management, change management, and operational workflows in an environment with frequent application releases.
• Analyze recurring production patterns to enable proactive issue detection and improve application reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and SMEs to understand application architecture, business flows, deployment models, and operational dependencies.
• Contribute to runbooks, SOPs, knowledge\-transfer documentation, and continuous operational improvement.
• Improve monitoring coverage, ing effectiveness, troubleshooting processes, and overall operational efficiency.
