Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design, detailing and preparation of structural drawings for RCC and steel structures, ensuring safety, stability and compliance with applicable Indian Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures.
• Design structural elements including beams, columns, slabs, footings, retaining walls and foundations.
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports and technical documentation.
• Develop and review structural drawings and reinforcement detailing.
• Work on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers and other project teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes and applicable engineering standards.
• Review structural drawings and identify design discrepancies.
• Provide technical support and resolve site\-related structural queries.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned design projects.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structural design.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and ETABS.
• Knowledge of SAFE, AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
• Knowledge of foundation design and soil\-related parameters.
• Ability to prepare structural design calculations and reports.
• Knowledge of Indian Standard Codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920 and relevant standards).

Educational Qualification

• M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in structural analysis and design.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
