- *Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (Level 3\) to provide advanced technical support, lead infrastructure projects, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available IT environments across on\-premises and cloud platforms.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- -----------------------
- Act as the final escalation point for L1 and L2 support teams.
- Design, implement, and support server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and backup solutions.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in solution design, technical assessments, and pre\-sales activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide trusted technical guidance.
- *Required Skills Experience**
- -----------------------------
- 5\+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Managed Services.
- Strong experience with:
+ Windows Server
+ Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
+ Microsoft 365 and Azure
+ VMware or Hyper\-V
+ Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
+ Networking fundamentals (VPN, Firewall, Routing, Switching)
- Experience supporting cloud and hybrid environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
