Senior Systems Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and security systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and hands\-on experience in managing complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
• Monitor and maintain physical and virtual servers.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper\-V.
• Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network\-related issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and cloud\-based services.
• Configure and maintain storage systems and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system logs and proactively resolve issues.
• Implement IT security policies, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022\.
• Hands\-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience managing VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper\-V environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure services.
• Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam, Acronis, or similar.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, and Firewall Management.
• Experience with endpoint security and server hardening.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCSA/MCSE) preferred.
• VMware Certification (VCP) preferred.
• Azure Administrator Certification preferred.

Candidate Profile

• 3\+ years of experience in System Administration.
• Experience managing enterprise\-level IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle critical incidents.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹26,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
