Job Description

  • *About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst

  • *In this role, you will:**
  • Document test cases and risk research and create test plans
  • Record test progress and results
  • Identify and track issues throughout testing
  • Perform manual and automated testing
  • Consult with users providing advice and direction
  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
  • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
  • Research system features being tested
  • Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy
  • Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid\-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • 4\+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • *Desired Qualifications:**
  • Perform activities across Discovery, Prioritization, Plan/Refine, Test and Signoff
  • Thoroughly documents all phases of the UAT process with tool integration.
  • Develop test plan and test scripts
  • Work with business on regression test scripts
  • Assist in the execution of test plans for assigned projects
  • Review various requirements documentation to ensure they are complete and testable
  • Conduct end to end regression testing and validation
  • Identify, log and ensure tracking of defects
  • Ensure defect resolution
  • Attend and actively participate in project meetings
  • Act as a voice for the line of business during testing
  • *Job Expectations:**
  • College Graduation Degree \- 4 years
  • 4\+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: systems/application testing, systems/application quality assurance, business operations, business processes or business tools
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience coordinating with Product Owners and Business Partners to ensure alignment on Product vision and strategy.
  • Experience breaking down requirements/acceptance criteria into individual scripts
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
  • Previous business acceptance/business functional testing experience
  • Experience in Originations and Servicing functions
  • ALM Quality Center and/or Octane experience
  • Agile and Jira experience
  • Utilize AI tools such as Co\-Pilot, ChatGPT and inbuild capabilities to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (may be needed to attend Stateside meetings during US hours)
  • Work from Office (as mandated by business, currently 3 Full Days in office \- 8 hours a day)
