Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• *Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – End\-to\-End Recruitment**
• *Location: Mumbai (Bombay)**

• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a dynamic and self\-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and drive our complete recruitment function. This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for building the hiring pipeline from scratch and managing end\-to\-end recruitment across departments.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage **end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle** – sourcing to onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and follow up for closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Work on employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates

• *Requirements:**

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Experience in **end\-to\-end hiring (mandatory)**
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
