Senior Technical Lead – Backend, API Integrations & AWS

We’re looking for a hands\-on technical lead to oversee WIZBAY, our luxury marketplace, and CONN1, our CRM and integration platform. You will spearhead system architecture, mentor and coordinate development teams, manage AWS infrastructure, and drive seamless integration workflows across multiple platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Guide system architecture, technical planning, and execution across WIZBAY and CONN1 platforms.
• Coordinate developers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Oversee AWS infrastructure, deployment pipelines, server management, and system releases.
• Manage complex integrations between third\-party sellers, the CONN1 CRM, and the WIZBAY marketplace via synchronous and asynchronous API workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and bridge communication by explaining technical priorities clearly to the business owner.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications:**

• Strong background in backend development with extensive expertise in Node.js.
• Proven hands\-on knowledge of AWS cloud services and DevOps practices.
• Deep experience with microservices architecture and both synchronous/asynchronous API workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small technical team, mentor developers, and take absolute ownership of delivery, reliability, and security.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹75,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month

• Node.js: 4 years (Preferred)
