Key Responsibilities

• *Technical Leadership \& Architecture**

• Design scalable, secure, and robust full\-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Architect API integrations and microservices optimized for performance and minimal latency.
• Establish coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

• *AI Lifecycle Integration**

• Implement LLM tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q) to accelerate the development lifecycle.
• Build, fine\-tune, and deploy AI\-driven features using OpenAI API, Anthropic, or open\-source models.
• Leverage frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex to orchestrate complex AI workflows and retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG).

• *Deployment \& DevOps Pipeline**

• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines incorporating AI\-assisted automated testing and vulnerability scanning.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure hosting (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on cost\-efficient LLM inference.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• *Core Full\-Stack Expertise**

• **Frontend:** Advanced React.js, Next.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript.
• **Backend:** Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, GraphQL.
• **Databases:** MongoDB (Aggregation pipelines, indexing), Redis, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

• *AI \& LLM Proficiency**

• **Prompt Engineering:** Mastery in optimizing system prompts and contextual window management.
• **Frameworks:** Hands\-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).
• **AI Tooling:** Proven track record of increasing team velocity using AI code assistants.

• *Experience \& Software Engineering Practices**

• 9\+ years in professional software development.
• 2\+ years leading engineering teams or technical projects.
• Deep understanding of Git, Agile methodologies, and system design patterns.

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹2,290,000\.00 per year
