Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in supporting the SAP HR and Payroll module (on\-premises).

In\-depth expertise in managing multiple country Payroll processes (Australian payroll a must).

Advanced proficiency in handling SAP schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).

Strong experience with both positive and negative time management within the Time Management module.

Strong knowledge of integration and interfaces.

Collaborative experience working with cross\-functional teams to integrate SAP HR Payroll with other relevant modules.

Expertise in developing and executing test plans for SAP HR Payroll implementations and system upgrades.

Provide ongoing support for users, addressing and resolving payroll\-related inquiries and issues efficiently.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for SAP HR Payroll configurations and processes.

Hands\-on experience with SuccessFactors, with a strong understanding of SF modules (PMGM, EC) preferred.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Skill Requirements

• *Must have skills:**

Hands\-on experience in Payroll support projects (including Schema/ PCR).

Strong knowledge of Change Management principles and ITIL processes.

Minimum 7 years of SAP Payroll experience

• *Good to have skills:**

Understanding of SF modules (PMGM, EC) preferred

Basic/ advanced debugging skills, interfaces, integrations skills
