Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced **Jitterbit Integration Developer** to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integration solutions using the **Jitterbit Harmony Platform**. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in application integration, API development, data transformation, and middleware solutions connecting ERP, CRM, databases, and cloud applications.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using **Jitterbit Harmony, Cloud Studio, and Design Studio**.
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise applications such as **SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite**, and custom applications.
• Develop and consume **REST/SOAP APIs** and web services.
• Create data mappings, transformations, and validations across XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, and database sources.
• Configure and manage file\-based integrations using FTP/SFTP.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and alert mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support deployment activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Provide production support and participate in on\-call activities when required.

### **Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 4\+ years of overall integration experience.
• 2\+ years of hands\-on experience with **Jitterbit Harmony Platform**.
• Strong knowledge of:

+ REST \& SOAP APIs

+ JSON, XML, CSV

+ SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

+ ETL and Data Integration concepts

+ OAuth, API Security, Authentication mechanisms

• Experience with Jitterbit scripting and JavaScript.
• Understanding of middleware and integration architecture patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

### **Preferred Skills**

• Experience integrating **SAP ERP/S4HANA** with cloud applications.
• Knowledge of API Management and API Gateway concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Jitterbit certification preferred.

### **AMS Support Responsibilities (Optional for Support Projects)**

• Monitor daily integration jobs and interfaces.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Participate in KT sessions and maintain KEDB documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
