### **About the Role**

We are looking for a **Senior Technical Lead** with strong hands\-on experience in **Sitecore (9\.x, 10\.x and XM Cloud)** and **full stack .NET development** to lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise\-grade digital platforms. You will own technical direction for Sitecore\-based solutions, guide a team of developers, and work closely with architects, product owners and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and high\-performing applications on **Microsoft Azure**.

This role suits a technologist who enjoys staying hands\-on with code while mentoring engineers, driving best practices, and owning solutions from design through production support.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• *Technical Leadership**

• Lead the end\-to\-end design, development and delivery of Sitecore\-based web platforms and supporting .NET services.
• Define solution architecture, coding standards, and technical best practices for the team.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and support their technical growth.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA and product owners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Estimate effort, plan sprints, and track technical deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• *Sitecore Development**

• Design and build solutions on **Sitecore 9\.x / 10\.x**, and lead migration or new implementations on **Sitecore XM Cloud**.
• Develop Sitecore components, templates, renderings, workflows, and content structures following Helix principles.
• Work with Sitecore Headless / JSS and Experience Edge where applicable.
• Configure and optimize Sitecore content delivery, caching and publishing strategies.

• *Full Stack \& Cloud Development**

• Build and maintain applications using **ASP.NET, C\#, .NET Core / .NET 8–9**, **REST Web APIs** and **microservices**.
• Develop responsive front\-end features using **JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3**.
• Design and integrate Azure services including **App Services, Blob Storage, Azure AI Search, Azure Cache for Redis, and Application Insights**.
• Build and manage integration services with third\-party and internal systems.
• Design, optimize and maintain **SQL Server** databases, queries and stored procedures.

• *DevOps \& Operations**

• Own and improve **CI/CD pipelines** using **Azure DevOps** and **Git**.
• Implement application performance monitoring, logging and alerting using **Application Insights** and related tools.
• Lead **production support and incident management**, including root cause analysis, resolution and preventive measures.
• Ensure applications meet standards for security, performance, scalability and reliability.

### **Required Skills \& Experience**

• **8\+ years** of professional software development experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Sitecore 9\.x and 10\.x**; working knowledge of **Sitecore XM Cloud**.
• Expertise in **C\#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core / .NET 8–9**.
• Solid experience designing and building **RESTful Web APIs** and **microservices\-based architectures**.
• Strong front\-end skills in **JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3**.
• Proficiency in **SQL Server** – database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Practical experience with **Microsoft Azure**: App Services, Blob Storage, Azure AI Search, Azure Cache for Redis, and Application Insights.
• Experience with **Git** and **Azure DevOps**, including building and maintaining **CI/CD pipelines**.
• Experience in **application performance monitoring**, troubleshooting, and **production support / incident management**.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with distributed teams and client stakeholders.

### **Good to Have**

• Knowledge and hands\-on implementation of **AI solutions** (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AI\-powered search, chatbots, content personalization).
• Experience with **Sitecore Headless (JSS / Next.js)** and **Sitecore Experience Edge**.
• Sitecore certification (Sitecore Developer / XM Cloud Developer).
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ\-204, AZ\-400\).
• Experience with containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery and client\-facing roles.
