• *ABOUT THE JOB**

We are expanding our product engineering leadership team and are looking for a Senior Technical Manager / Product Manager with strong experience in AI\-driven technologies to lead the development of next\-generation intelligent healthcare products.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the design and development of AI\-driven software products and platforms.
• Define product roadmaps, technical architecture, and development strategy.
• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate machine learning, AI models, and modern data systems into production\-ready products.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage cross\-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and QA teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to keep products competitive.
• Ensure software delivery meets performance, scalability, and security standards, especially in healthcare environments.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 5\+ years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or product management.
• Strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning technologies.
• Experience with AI frameworks or ecosystems (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
• Experience in product architecture and technical decision\-making.
• Ability to lead development teams and manage complex product lifecycles.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and scalable systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working with healthcare technology products.
• Knowledge of data engineering, NLP, or generative AI applications.
• Prior experience in product management or technical program management roles.
