We are seeking an experienced **Senior Technical Program Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross\-functional technology programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven experience driving large\-scale initiatives across engineering, product, and business teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful program outcomes in a fast\-paced environment.
- *Key Responsibilities**

- Lead end\-to\-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams and business functions.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive program execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and program reviews.
- Track program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Establish governance frameworks, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms for program visibility.
- Coordinate cross\-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high\-quality solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution, delivery efficiency, and team collaboration.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to leadership on program health and outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between technical roadmaps, business priorities, and resource planning.
- Support change management activities and drive adoption of new processes and solutions.
- *Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8\+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Project Management roles.
- Proven experience managing large\-scale, cross\-functional technology programs in complex environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands\-on experience with **Jira** for program planning, tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities with a data\-driven approach to decision\-making.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and program governance structures.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across technical and non\-technical teams.
