• *Job Summary**

Exxalt Core Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project / Product Manager to translate business ideas into clear product requirements, manage technical execution, and drive AI\-powered product development. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering teams, understand user needs, prioritize product features, and ensure timely delivery of high\-quality solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Translate business requirements and product ideas into clear technical specifications, user stories, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Define acceptance criteria, test cases, success metrics, and measurable product goals.
• Manage product scope, prioritize features, and coordinate multiple engineering workstreams.
• Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Gather user feedback regularly and use data\-driven insights to improve product roadmaps.
• Evaluate AI product trade\-offs involving latency, cost, performance, and quality.
• Work with engineering teams on technical architecture decisions, API specifications, and system requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities throughout the product lifecycle.

• *Required Qualifications**

• 3\+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
• Experience managing technical products from concept to deployment.
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, system architecture, and product development lifecycles.
• Experience creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with AI\-powered products, AI feature development, or AI system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make execution\-focused decisions.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience working with AI/ML products or AI\-enabled business solutions.
• Understanding of product analytics, performance metrics, and data\-driven decision\-making.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional and engineering teams.
