We're looking for a **Senior Technical Writer** with **6\+ years of experience** in the **medical, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry**. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Create and maintain user guides, manuals, online help, and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, high\-quality documentation.
• Manage structured content using XML authoring tools and CCMS platforms.
• Use AI\-powered authoring tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
• Develop templates, standards, and reusable content.
• Support documentation for software, cloud\-based, AI\-enabled, and medical products.

• *Qualifications:**

• 6\+ years of technical writing experience in a regulated medical or life sciences environment.
• Strong technical writing and content management skills.
• Experience with **Oxygen XML, Astoria CCMS, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop**.
• Hands\-on use of **Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools**.
• Experience creating structured, AI\-ready content.
• Knowledge of **Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow**.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• *Nice to Have**

• Experience with medical devices, healthcare software, or other regulated products.
• Knowledge of **Docs\-as\-Code, Git, Markdown, APIs, Cloud Services, and AI/ML technologies**.
• Familiarity with **ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA, MDR/IVDR, GDPR, and HIPAA**.
