1StopSolar is an established Australian solar and renewable energy provider. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a **motivated and results\-driven Solar Sales Representative** to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial to our operations as you will be responsible for serving our Australian customers during their local business hours.
You will play a vital role in helping Australian homeowners and businesses transition to a more sustainable and energy\-efficient future. This is a unique opportunity to use your sales skills in a high\-demand, high\-growth industry with a stable, on\-site role in India. .
- **Handle Inbound/outbound Leads:** Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers in Australia via phone, email, and chat.
- **Customer Consultation:** Educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy, including financial savings, environmental impact, and available Australian government incentives and rebates.
- **System Design \& Proposal:** Work with our design tools to create and present customized solar solutions and quotes to meet each customer's specific energy needs.
- **Follow\-Up and Closing:** Proactively follow up with leads, answer customer questions, address objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **CRM Management:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the Australian\-based installation and design teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- **Excellent Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written English skills are essential for communicating with Australian clients.
- **Self\-Motivated \& Target\-Driven:** You must be a highly motivated individual who can work independently and is driven by performance\-based incentives.
- **Technical Aptitude:** An ability to quickly learn about solar technology and the Australian energy market. Familiarity with solar design software is a bonus.
- **Professionalism \& Problem\-Solving:** A professional and empathetic approach to customer service, with the ability to handle objections and resolve client issues effectively.
- **Best Timings:** Must be able to work the specified shift from **4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST** to align with Australian business hours.
