Job Summary

The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the distributor and dealer network, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Automotive Spare Parts Aftermarket Sales, Channel Management, and Territory Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while driving profitable business growth.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
  • Expand the company's presence by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, mechanics, workshops, fleet operators, and key customers.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide continuous support to improve sales productivity.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and business ethics.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Degree, or MBA in any discipline.
  • **3–5 years of proven experience in Automotive Spare Parts Sales.**
  • **Minimum 3 years of experience in the Two\-Wheeler Spare Parts Aftermarket is highly preferred.**
  • Strong expertise in Channel Sales, Distributor Management, Dealer Development, and Territory Handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and sales documentation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
